Also known as Udhagamandalam, Ootacamund and abbreviated as Udhagai, Ooty is located 80km from Coimbatore and is also the capital of Nilgiri district.     The stone house is the first bungalow ever constructed in Ooty. Now it is the official residence of Principle of the Government Arts College.
